Gold365 Terms of Service

1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided by Gold365 across any of its official domains — including gold365.ind.in, gold365login.com.in, getgold365id.com.in, gold365id.com.in, gold365exchange.com.in, gold365book.com, gold365comonline.in, and gold-365.com.in — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Gold365 platform or any of its associated services. Use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2.Platform Description

Gold365 is an online cricket betting and exchange platform serving users in India. The platform provides access to cricket betting markets, peer-to-peer exchange back and lay trading, live casino games, and associated account management services.

Gold365 operates through 8 official verified domains, each serving a specific function within the overall platform. All 8 domains are part of the same Gold365 network and these terms apply equally across all of them.

3.User Eligibility

To register and use the Gold365 platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
• You must be a resident of India with a valid Indian mobile number
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You must not be prohibited by law in your jurisdiction from participating in online betting
• You must not be a previously banned or suspended Gold365 account holder

By registering, you confirm that you meet all eligibility criteria above. Gold365 reserves the right to request verification of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility criteria are not met.

4.Account Registration & Security

Each user is permitted one Gold365 account per mobile number. The creation of multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Gold365 ID and password. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. Gold365 will never ask for your password via WhatsApp or any other channel. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your responsibility.

If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact Gold365 support on WhatsApp immediately at wa.link/winplayexchid. The support team can freeze your account and initiate a security review.

5.Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Gold365 platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Attempting to manipulate betting markets or exchange odds
• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to interact with the platform
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime
• Sharing or distributing Gold365 login credentials with third parties
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or compromise any part of the platform
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

6.Payments & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Gold365 platform are conducted in Indian Rupees via UPI payment infrastructure. Deposits are credited to your Gold365 wallet upon confirmation of the UPI transaction. Withdrawals are processed to your UPI-linked bank account.

You agree that all funds deposited into your Gold365 account are your own funds and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. Gold365 reserves the right to request source-of-funds information at any time in accordance with applicable regulations.

7.Promotions & Bonuses

All Gold365 promotions are subject to individual terms and conditions communicated by the support team at the time of claiming. General conditions applicable to all promotions include:

• Each user is eligible for each welcome promotion once only
• Bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal
• Gold365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion without prior notice
• Abuse of promotional offers, including through multiple accounts, will result in account suspension
• All promotions are claimed exclusively through the WhatsApp support channel

8.Intellectual Property

All content on the Gold365 platform and its 8 official domains — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, design, and software — is the intellectual property of Gold365 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or modification of Gold365 content is strictly prohibited.

9.Limitation of Liability

Gold365 provides the platform on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gold365 excludes all warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose.

Gold365 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including betting losses, technical failures, or unauthorised account access. Your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

10.Account Suspension & Termination

Gold365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of terms violation, suspected fraud, market manipulation, or inactive accounts. On suspension, any outstanding balance will be reviewed and resolved in accordance with the circumstances of the suspension.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support on WhatsApp. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.

11.Changes to These Terms

Gold365 may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms are published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform following publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
