Gold365 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Your information is used only to operate your account and improve your platform experience.

This Privacy Policy describes how Gold365 (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects the personal information of users (“you”) across all 8 official Gold365 domains. By using any Gold365 service, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

1.Information We Collect

Gold365 collects the following types of information when you register and use the platform:

  • Identity information: Your chosen Gold365 username and registered mobile number
  • Contact information: Your WhatsApp number used for registration and support
  • Transaction data: UPI transaction records, deposit amounts, withdrawal requests, and UTR reference numbers
  • Usage data: Betting activity, exchange transactions, casino session data, and login timestamps
  • Device information: Browser type, device type, and IP address for security purposes
  • Communications: WhatsApp messages between you and the Gold365 support team

Gold365 does not collect government-issued ID documents, email addresses, or physical address information as part of standard registration.

Gold365 uses the information collected for the following purposes:

  • To create and manage your account and verify your identity for security purposes
  • To process deposits and withdrawals and maintain accurate transaction records
  • To provide customer support via WhatsApp and resolve account queries

3.Data Storage & Security

Gold365 takes the security of your personal data seriously. All account data is stored on secured servers with access restricted to authorised Gold365 personnel only. Financial transaction data is handled through verified UPI infrastructure with end-to-end security protocols.

Gold365 will never ask for your password via WhatsApp, phone call, or any other channel. If you receive a message purportedly from Gold365 requesting your password, do not respond and report it to our support team immediately.

Security notice: Your Gold365 ID and password should never be shared with any third party. Gold365 support agents do not require your password to assist with account queries. All legitimate support happens through the official WhatsApp channel at wa.link/winplayexchid.


4.Data Sharing

Gold365 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. Your information is shared only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Legal compliance: Where required by applicable Indian law or in response to a lawful government or regulatory request
  • Payment processing: Transaction reference data shared with UPI payment infrastructure to process deposits and withdrawals
  • Fraud prevention: Where necessary to investigate and prevent fraud or financial crime
  • Platform operations: Within the Gold365 network of 8 official domains for account management purposes only

5.WhatsApp & Communications

Gold365 uses WhatsApp as its primary customer communication channel for registration, support, and platform updates. By registering on Gold365, you consent to receiving communications related to your account via WhatsApp.

WhatsApp communications from Gold365 include account credentials at registration, support responses, payment confirmations, and promotional offers. You can opt out of promotional messages at any time by notifying the support team.


6.Payment Data

Gold365 processes all financial transactions through Indian UPI infrastructure. UPI transaction data, including UTR reference numbers and transaction amounts, is retained for account management and dispute resolution purposes.

Gold365 does not store full UPI account credentials or bank account numbers. Payment processing is handled through the UPI network's own security protocols. Gold365 support may ask for a UTR reference number to verify a transaction but will never ask for your UPI PIN or bank password.


7.Cookies & Browser Data

The Gold365 platform uses standard browser session technology to maintain your login state during an active session. Session data is cleared when you log out or close your browser. Gold365 does not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking technologies.

You can clear Gold365 browser data at any time through your browser settings. Note that clearing cookies will log you out of any active Gold365 session.


8.Your Data Rights

As a Gold365 user, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access: You may request a summary of the personal data Gold365 holds on your account
  • Correction: You may request correction of inaccurate personal information held on your account
  • Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to legal retention requirements
  • Opt-out: You may opt out of promotional communications while retaining your active account

To exercise any of these rights, contact Gold365 support on WhatsApp. Your request will be acknowledged within 48 hours.


9.Data Retention

Gold365 retains account and transaction data for as long as your account is active and for a period thereafter as required by applicable financial regulations. Transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years in accordance with Indian financial record-keeping requirements.

When you close your account, your personal data is flagged for deletion and removed from active systems within 30 days, subject to the retention requirements described above.


10.Changes to This Policy

Gold365 may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. Updated policies are published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
